Positive: Odlična lokacija, dobra komunikacija z osebjem, zelo dobra navodila za dostop do samega stanovanja. Dobro opremljeno, svetlo in čisto stanovanje. Negative: Slabša ležišča (razteglijiva sofa) v dnevnem prostoru.

Positive: El apartamento muy completo y aseado. con buen acceso a trasporte público. con una excelente atención por parte de los gestores de Homely. Negative: La menor confortabilidad de los sofas camas.

Awful. Positive: Location was decent. That’s all. Negative: Well I’m not sure where to start! 1. They are called prestige apartments…their idea of prestige and my idea of prestige are obviously very different (see pictures) 2. Ask for bank details and a £250 deposit which I believe takes 15 days to return. The irony is that this is for breakages and damages to property. Gives you the impression this is a well looked after apartment, don’t be fooled! 3. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired (mould on dining room table and black mould on shower head and shower. A cleaner was sent out and the did have a clean of the shower but I think that was it) 4. Blinds are all broken or tangled. 5. Ironing board broken and iron has melted items on it. 6. Pictures on booking.com do not live up to the reality. 7. Scuffs and scrapes all over the walls. 8. I asked to cancel as I just don’t think it was a place to have my 3 year old in. Told no but I could get 10% of my money back. They were very keen to know if I was staying or not. I’m assuming so they could get it back out to let and make double the money. 9. Wish I had checked trip advisor! They only have a rating of 2.1 on there! No idea how trip advisor score is so high! 10. I have many more photos that can’t be added!

Da migliorare i dettagli Positive: L appartamento è dotato di tutti gli accessori utili al soggiorno, la casa per 4 persone è ottima perché ha 2 letti matrimoniali comodi e due bagni ( anche se ciechi). La posizione è comoda sia per la vicinanza alla metro sia per la zona in cui si trova. Negative: I posti letto del divano erano scomodissimi, con molta polvere dietro ai divani. Le coperte avevano delle macchie, per la bambina non avevano lasciato gli asciugamani.
