Disappointed stay Positive: Location was the only thing that was good about the property. Negative: Was requested to pay a deposit online which I don’t mind, but I had paid for the sofa bed to be set up, only to find that it was not set up upon our arrival. We just had a long drive from Cotswold only to be disappointed that there was no place for some of us to sleep. We’ve tried to contact the management but no answer. We ended up trying to find the mattresses to set it up ourselves but was also shocked to find that the mattresses were not that clean. The first night was a really an uncomfortable sleep. Not until the next morning I had to message them again and only to be told that one of the duvets are in the 2nd room to which we only had the sofa bed set up in the morning.

I will not stay at the same property again. Positive: Location / linens and towels we clean / sufficient number of rooms and space Negative: Was not clean enough / dishwasher was the dirtiest dishwasher I have ever seen / there was already one wine glass in the dishwasher which didn't belong to us / elevator was out of servis / WIFI not working 2 days

Great apartment near Camden Lock , spacious clean and well appointed Positive: Great location 5 minutes from Camden Lock with plenty of shops in immediate locality. Apartment was spacious extremely clean and very well maintained and furnished Negative: Nothing

Positive: Clean and spacious, easy access, good location Negative: WIFI wasn’t working and they also didn’t fix it after my complaint. Couches were very uncomfortable, beds were fine.
