Positive: Good location, very spacious, good facilities, secure building. Negative: Very weak wifi, lack of towels, lack of sofa bed beddings.

Negative: We are a family with three children, including a two-year-old, and unfortunately, the conditions in the apartment were entirely unsuitable for a comfortable stay—so much so that we were forced to vacate after the first night. Upon arrival, we discovered that the penthouse was extremely hot and lacked air conditioning. Only three small fans were provided, which were wholly inadequate for the space. Furthermore, there were no blackout curtains installed in the bedrooms. As a result, the rooms were flooded with light well into the night and from very early in the morning. The combination of oppressive heat and bright light made it nearly impossible for our children to sleep, causing us all to endure a truly miserable experience.

Spacious well located penthouse apartment Positive: Very well located. Excellent communication from the host company. Key code to access the property and the apartment. Spacious rooms, two double bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen living space. We were a group of 5 and very comfortable in the apartment. Negative: There were empty soap dispensers by the wash basins, kitchen sink and in the shower rooms. No effort was made to fill them or to ensure they are operational. We went out to buy hand wash for the bathrooms.

Great stay, great location. Positive: The apartment is wonderful, situated in a lovely location. It's very spacious, and all the facilities are well-maintained and in working order. The balcony is a fantastic addition, providing a wonderful area for relaxation. The underground is conveniently within walking distance. Negative: Our only concern was the lack of bedding for the sofa bed. There were a few minor marks on the walls, which appeared to be from normal wear and tear.

Disappointing - Standards not as decribed! Positive: Well positioned for the purpose of our stay. Negative: We received a notification whilst travelling on route to suggest checkin would be later than planned (3pm). This was due to the previous party breaking two beds beyond repair. We arrived at the apartment which confirmed the beds were damaged. We dropped our bags and l received a call advising we were to expect two new beds to be delivered between 7-8pm. We had had a long day travelling and wanted to just shower and chill ready for our early start the next day. This wasn’t possible with the pending delivery. We attempted to sit on the sofa whilst waiting. There were three of us, my daughter quickly realised the sofa was wet! I reported this to be told it has been cleaned the evening before. Clearly the issues with the apartment had been identified the evening before but hadn’t all been resolved. The beds were delayed, eventually the beds arrived, followed by housekeeping to dress the beds. We were left in peace after 9pm. We were in a penthouse which was described as a luxury apartment, it certainly wasn’t. The lift also stopped working after the beds were delivered, I reported this immediately on the Friday night, it didn’t work all weekend. One of the benefits of the apartment was it having a lift, due to one of our party having a bad knee. Upon raising the issues with the company they offered a 10% discount, this in our opinion was not sufficient given what we had paid and the inconvenience experienced. The apartment itself is need of some TLC. Damp in the bathroom, crumbling plaster. Walls in need of painting. Strong drainage smell in en-suite, to mention a few of the failings. Location however was great for what we needed just wish the accommodation was as described and standards were reflective of the cost!
