Positive: L'emplacement de l'appartement etait très bien Negative: la propreté du lieu, le suivi avec le service client n'était pas à la hauteur de la description "luxe". l'appartement etait pas très propre et nous n'avions pas pu accéder au blacon alors que cetait un élément essentiel dans le choix de notre logement.

Un acierto total. Positive: Me encantó este alojamiento, es precioso, nuevo y muy acogedor. Tiene mucha claridad con 3 ventanales que dan a la calle principal. Tiene todo lo que necesitas, artículos de higiene, secador, plancha, lavadora y todo lo necesito en la cocina. Las camas son comodisimas y las almohadas también. Esta muy bien ubicada, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. Tiene buenas comunicaciones, tanto en metro como en bus. Muy cerca tiene un Tesco, donde puedes hacer las compra diarias. Me ha gustado mucho. Seguro repetiría. Negative: Lo único que eché en falta fue escoba, fregona y una balleta. Pero bueno, no se va de vacaciones a limpiar, así que todo perfecto!

Very disappointing stay. Lousy service. Positive: It was close to Euston. Location was somewhat close to buses Negative: The sofa bed was broken. Advertised as space for 5 but was not the case. Fans should have been available in every room that people would sleep in. Requested fan and foldaway bed which took 2 days to get which is unacceptable. The sofabed should have been replaced ages ago . It would appear no upkeep is being done on the place. Only 2 chairs for an appt for 6. Lift is broken. I would like a partial refund for the inadequate beds to sleep on. The least the owners and managers should do is ensure that the place is functional for what is being advertised.

Really large, well located apartment Positive: I really like the easy check in and they allowed us to drop off our luggage early. But mostly the apartment was just really huge for a great price in that part of London.
